History Behind Making Human Rights Law

After the First and Second World Wars, there was a lot of genocide, due to which the relations between the countries were greatly deteriorated, to prevent such terrible war in the future, the United Nations was formed, on 24 October 1945, 50 countries of the world It was formed by signing the Charter (United Nations Charter).

And keeping in mind that such a genocide should not happen due to such a terrible war in the future, the International Human Rights Act was created, and under this law, every person was given his equal rights, which he was given to be a human. Relationships should be met, such as no human should be discriminated against on the basis of color etc. And this general right cannot be taken away by the government of any country, which countries snatch the rights of this law from their people Whether it takes away the rights of one person or in this situation of all, immediately action is taken on that country by the International Human Rights Council (UNHRC).

What is Human Rights

All the people of the world have some such rights which can never be taken away from them, such as the right to life, the right to freedom and equality, etc. All these rights were given the status of world human rights by the United Nations Assembly on 10 December 1948. , which we know today as International Human Rights, after granting human rights status by the United Nations Assembly, gradually different countries placed it in their law, Human Rights Act in India was adopted on 28 September 1993.
